The Festive Period

Bloody Good Period run a 'Festive Period' campaign each year to raise funds for the vital work they do to get menstrual products to the people who need them. I got involved with the campaign via an Instagram call-out for animators, and was soon tasked with bringing A Studio of Our Own's victorian-inspired graphics to life with animation.

Taking ASOO's existing graphics, I pulled together storyboards for a short social animation. My focus was on giving the messaging more weight and impact, as well as getting across BGP's tongue in cheek personality. I also introduced an illustrated tampon to bring some of the messaging to life.

 I created an animated short for social media, as well as two animated banners for the Bloody Good Period website. The charity was able to raise vital funds from the festive emporium and raise even more awareness for the cause.
